UK wide Biology Challenge

16th May 2019

Before Easter 10 of our top Year 11 Biologists took part in a UK wide Biology Challenge ran by the Royal Society of Biology.

The challenge was in the form of two 45 minute papers that tested their general Biology knowledge as well as topics covered in school. 47,000 pupils took part across the UK. We are delighted with the results of our pupils and their eagerness to give it a go.

Three pupils (Adam, Connor and Ellie) were awarded Silver which was given to the top 10% of results! A fantastic achievement! Elisha and Emily were both awarded Highly Commended and Rachel and Amy awarded Commended. A huge well done to everyone that took part.
