Mobile Technologies and Public Examinations – A Warning from JC
Dear Parent/Guardian
JCQ has launched a video, available online, which highlights to candidates that they are not permitted to carry mobile phones/smart watches when taking examinations and that to do so can constitute a malpractice.
The video can be found at https://www.jcq.org.uk/exams-office/malpractice/jcq-video-no-mobiles-in-exams and we would ask that you encourage your son/daughter to view this as it may help to alert them to the dangers of carrying mobile phones when taking examinations and the penalties they can incur by doing so.
The video has been designed for candidates and hopefully they will find it engaging and of value.
Regards
Mrs M Hogg
