GCSE Spanish pupils celebrate success
The GCSE Spanish class of 2017 made their special mark in the history of success in Modern Languages at Cookstown High School by achieving an amazing 85% A*-A grades in the Summer 2017 GCSE examinations. In addition, 3 of these pupils gained full UMS marks in the examinations. Their teacher, Mrs Purvis-Dawoud, paid tribute to the positive and committed approach much in evidence throughout the course, and added that this, along with their special mixture of humour and loyalty made teaching them both a pleasure and a privilege. Congratulations and very well done!
