Couch to 5K is back!

Couch to 5K will commence after school tomorrow (Wed 12th Sept) for staff and pupils.

Pupils must wear school PE kit and can change in the upper changing rooms, leave their school bags in the Upper Hall and then go out to the track around the Soccer Pitch where we will meet.

Training should finish around 4:45pm so please ensure that you have arranged for somebody to collect you.
