To develop pupils awareness of the Creative Industries in our local area a small group of pupils from year 9 and 10 visited the Burnavon Arts Centre to view the work of local print artist Fionnuala O’Neill. Pupils got the opportunity to view live Art work in a gallery setting. Then we visited Gallery One a working gallery where the pupils saw an alternative setting where artists sell their work. Pupils then stopped off at Morelli’s Ice-cream Parlour for refreshments before returning to school.
