Yesterday three teams from Year 8 Science Club travelled to University of Ulster to compete in the Big Bang Science Fair.
Pupils were interviewed by a minimum of three sets of judges on their investigations. Our teams were commended on their projects and one team was even nominated for an award for their use of ICT! Pupils also had the opportunity to attend workshops and lectures.
Mr Agnew and Miss Stewart would both like to congratulate the pupils on representing the school so well in a tough competition. All pupils spoke eloquently and knowledgeably on their topics.
