Five pupils in Year 9 were awarded Silver in the UKMT Maths Challenge. Neil was best in the school and best in his year. Silver awards also went to Jake, Elisha, Amy and Danielle.
A further 11 pupils - Lauren, Jessica, Ellie, Max, Lee, David, Andrew (missing from the photo), Katie, Ethan, Timothy & Emily were awarded a Bronze certificate. Pupils sat a one hour paper on 27th April with some challenging questions.
Over 250,000 pupils from across the whole of the UK compete in this challenge with around the top 20% receiving Gold or Silver.
