In Yr 8 every student coming into CHS has 1 period of ICT on their timetable. 

During this period students get to experience a wealth of different software packages.  Some time is spend on the basic packages like Word Processing and Spreadsheets before moving on to software which will allow students to create a computer game or a digital movie. 

Throughout the year students will gain experience in all aspects of multimedia which will help them in many other subjects as they progress through Cookstown High School.
