Cookstown High School

The school held it's annual prize day celebration took place on Wednesday 16th Sept.

Pupils from all years were awarded prizes for outstanding contribution to school life and exam achievements. It was great to see the hall filled to capacity with staff, both past and present, parents and of course, the pupils.

Our special guest this year was Dr Melanie Taylor,Admissions Tutor for Corpus Christi College, Cambridge. We thank her for taking time to come to participate in what is a special day for the school and for her encouraging words, telling her own story of how she came to be where she is now.
