Year 8 Cross-Community Netball Tournament

Cookstown High wins yet another P.S.N.I. Cross- Community Tournament this year. Winning 5 out of 5 in each of the age groups.

On Wednesday 22nd March our year 8 team went to Dungannon Leisure Centre to play in an all day P.S.N.I. Cross-Community Tournament. These Cross-Community Tournaments and leagues are kindly funded by Dungannon P.S.N.I. and is greatly appreciated by all the schools taken part.

Cookstown VS St Patrick’s Academy (3-2)

Cookstown VS Fivemiletown H.S. (10-0)

Cookstown VS Intergraded (11-3)

In the final they met St Patrick’s Academy again and after a very exciting match in which they were losing (6-4) at half time they came back to win (7-6) for the third year in succession.
